Bought a Chevy truck from Mike Fulkerson on 4/22/13. Overall the buying experiance at L.C. Ford was very accomidating. There was never any heavy handed pressure by the salesman to get the deal done. John was very friendly and hands off which I liked. He didn't follow me around the parking lot like many of them do. He even drove my vehicle home for me because of my physiclal condition at the time How didn't follow me around the parking lot like many of them do. He set up the bluetooth and that was it. I had to find back windshield wiper, fog lights, etc as I needed them going through the owners manual, was told that the rear seat was adjustable back and forth and can't find that at all. I didn't know anything about the audio system. He told me they had clinics for that and that he would send me a schedule which I never got. I sent him and email requesting information on the installation of a remote start sent and email back saying someone would get back to me which they never did. As for price after I got this vehicle I found out the next day that I could have saved 750.00 if I had just gone to Lance Cunningham and that they had the model with the option package I said was my need to have of a power drivers seat. But due to my situation I needed a vehicle and settled. More

My husband and I started looking to purchase a new car for me a few months back. We looked through the discount site of his employer, and somehow or another I accidently signed up to get e-mails from Leno for me a few months back. We looked through the discount site of his employer, and somehow or another I accidently signed up to get e-mails from Lenoir city Ford. It is our closest Ford dealer, though. I would always open the emails, but never replied because we weren't financially ready to purchase a vehicle until we paid off my husband's truck. We got close to paying off the truck, and more into looking for me a new vehicle, so I replied to the email (from Greg at LC Ford) and he was absolutely wonderful at answering all of my questions, giving me information, and so forth. We continued looking, and found a car I really liked at another dealer, so Greg offered to have it transfered to LC for us. However, I then fell in love with a 2013 Ford Focus that LC ford already had! I probably emailed and called Greg 20 times or more in that week, asking questions about pricing, features, how things worked, etc. And He never made me feel as though I was a bother. We test drove the car (twice..once hubby did and once I did) and decided to purchase it! When we signed the papers, we had to wait a bit for the finance manager to do his end of the paperwork, and while waiting Greg sat and talked to us like we were old friends, about everything! Faith, Family, Work, Cars, etc. I HIGHLY recommend Lenoir City Ford, and HIGHLY recommend Greg Curran! The sales-person played a part in my decision, as the sales person at the other Ford dealer was rude, and not very knowledgable. Customer Service makes or breaks a deal, for us! And he DEFINATELY made it! I love my experience, and my new car! More
