Service was done as requested. No issues with that. Price has increased almost $40 for same service in 7 months. When asked why my bill was much more than before Boone could expl No issues with that. The ford app which is connected to Lenior City Ford said Oil change and tire rotation is $79.99 but total cost was $118. All they could tell me is app is incorrect. More

I worked with Bentley at LC Ford. He was beyond great. He was patient while working with my schedule and did so much over the phone to streamline the process since I live 3 hours away He was beyond great. He was patient while working with my schedule and did so much over the phone to streamline the process since I live 3 hours away from the dealership. Once there he worked diligently helping me set up my new truck as I had to move a large amount of tools and equipment over to the new truck. He went above and beyond what he had to do.
