Normally, shopping for a car something my wife and I absolutely hate doing, but Lisa Myers, Breck Davis and Frank Cardwell made the process simple and actually enjoyable. Lisa is the best salesperson we have had the pleasure of dealing with. Within a few minutes of meeting Lisa we felt like we knew her, like long lost friends. She was never pushy, never got upset or stressed and it is quite obvious how much passion she has for selling cars. Breck sat down with my wife and I just to see how our experience was going, no other sales manager has ever done that at any dealership before. We have purchased many cars in the past and never felt as comfortable buying a car as we did at Lenoir City Ford, they made it simple. Frank Cardwell who was dealing with 7 other finance customers while we were there, made going over the financing quick and simple. We were out of his office in 10 minutes, the most squared away Finance Manager we have met. Everyone at the dealership seemed like they love where they work and sincerely cared about the customer. Everyone that walked through the door (and there were many) was greeted by one of the employees immediately and not in the normal car dealership "attack mode" greeting. Stopped by their Labor Day Tent Sale to look and see what they had. Was considering upgrading my 2001 Tacoma pickup for a larger one at some point in time,(thinking much later though). Went to great lengths to get the truck I wanted even though they did not have it on their lot. All personnel were professional and very knowledgeable. Pricing was very competitive.
