I was just looking at cars, not planning on purchasing a car the day I went to Lenoir City Ford. Upon finishing the test drives, he ask if there were any others vehicles or questions that I had. I hate pushy salesmen, that is something Mike is Not.....While waiting for the financing part of the deal, I was offered lunch on you guys, too. We've bought one car new (a 2012 Ford Fusion) from John Scott, and we've had two other vehicles (a 2006 Ford Escape and a 2003 Ford F-150) serviced by Candance Stevens. In all our encounters with Leno John Scott, and we've had two other vehicles (a 2006 Ford Escape and a 2003 Ford F-150) serviced by Candance Stevens. In all our encounters with Lenoir City Ford, we have been treated with courtesy and respect. In one case, the sales manager (Brad Lett) stepped in to act as the cashier when we needed to pick up our truck from the service department on a Saturday after the service department had closed. Everyone we've met there just seems to have a "can do" attitude. I also attended the SYNC training session after I bought my Fusion, and I found that to be a very helpful way to get to know this nice feature of my new car. We live a little too far away from the dealership to consider using them for routine maintenance (so I can't rate that experience), but we'd definitely recommend Lenoir City Ford as a place to buy a car or have it serviced. More
