Since our last trip to this dealership was such a success, we decided to give it another try. This experience was no less successful. The sales associates at Lenoir City Ford are not overly aggressive or annoying like many of the dealerships in Knoxville that we just refuse to deal with. They are friendly, calm, and cooperative. Robert Butt was a pleasure to deal with and made the vehicle-buying experience easier for my wife and me. Frank Cardwell handled the financing paperwork efficiently and quickly. We hope this vehicle lasts as long and as well as the last one we bought from this dealership. Arrived at the dealership at exactly 9:00. Another customer and myself were the only ones in the showroom. There wasn't a sales person in sight. After a long wait I finally had to ask in the service d customer and myself were the only ones in the showroom. There wasn't a sales person in sight. After a long wait I finally had to ask in the service department "if any salesmen were working today?" Apparently they were in a staff meeting. He went back and let them know there were customers in the showroom. When the sales force finally were released to the floor I was able to meet with a salesman who happily showed me the vehicle I wanted to look at. He was knowledgeable of the vehicle and was helpful answering my questions. I had previously done my homework on the vehicle and we were able to negotiate the price that I had in mind after a short period of time. I generally don't enjoy car shopping, but was very pleased with the way the process went this time. More

After hearing what I was looking for, Crystal and Mike steered me to a 2004 Mercury Mountaineer with only 74k miles that had just come in that upon review was perfect for what I was looking for plus could haul my family of 7 when needed.
