I originally came into the dealership to get my car I was driving repaired. But after learning how much it was going to cost to repair the car we found out in the long run it would be better just to trade i driving repaired. First off I would like to say how patient Sonny was with us during this whole process. While we were waiting on the estimate on the repair, we looked at a couple cars while were waiting , but we decided to go with a new car because I drive a lot to get to work, and wanted something that would last and be reliable and not have to worry about how the car was taken care of before we got it. We decided on the Ford Focus because of the MPG and the warranty they offered with the new car. And I really love the car. It gets great gas mileage and handles great. I love the Sync that is part of the package of the car, and it is so much more responsive and much improved since I bought my Fusion with the Sync in almost 5 years ago. Greg Curran was and still is a great resource in helping with the all the Sync features and helping me get my phone paired with the car. These two gentleman are absolutely great to work with and I look forward to keeping up a working relationship with them in the future. And it was great to see that everyone up there worked as a team together. I hope they are still there when I go to be another car in the future. More

I just purchased a 2012 Fusion it has been over 17 years since I dealt with a Dealership and I have to say Lenoir Ford is the best in East Tennessee. When it came time to purchase a new vehicle I was anything but excited. I have never enjoyed the whole car buying experience. My family had recently purchased from Lenoir City Ford and recommended we go there to look. I actually went to look at the new Ford Focus. I met Crystal and she was very friendly. We got out a Focus and she knew everything about it. She showed us how everything worked and we took it for a drive. While it was a cute little car, it just wasn't for me. I continued to look around until I found the Mazda CX-7. I drove it and loved it. Crystal was very understanding about the fact that it was more for me than the focus. We went inside and met Mike. He is a great guy and we liked him a lot. They were a great sales team to work with! By the time all was said and done, I felt like I had bought a great vehicle from a great dealership. And I felt like Crystal was family. I will recommend Lenoir City Ford to my friends and family. And when I get ready to purchase my next vehicle, I will shop there first. More
