My Lenoir City Ford Experience I began looking to replace my old pickup with a more capable used diesel truck to pull my a camper. After searching adds and visiting many of the local dealerships I landed at Lenoir City Ford by chance one day, when I spotted a truck that looked interesting. I was new to diesel trucks, and addressed may concerns and questions with John and Brad. I don't think they ever got frustrated with me in the process and helped me along by trying to locate a good deal. While the truck I saw initially didn't work out for me, I do feel I got a great deal on another late model truck (2013) and a fair price on my trade - within my budget! A.D. Jones More

Overall a good experience. There was a pricing difference from what was originally quoted than what was presented on the paperwork. Our experience with Lenoir City Ford would have been rated "Great" if not for the attitude of Frank Cardwell. The Finance Manager tried to push us into buying an over-priced extended warranty.
