She came right outside to meet us and we were looking for a used F150 and We enjoyed or experience in purchasing our new F150 from Crystal Baptiste. She came right outside to meet us and we were looking for a used F150 and she showed us several units and took us for a test drive. As we talked, she told us with the Ford rebates and an X plan we could buy a new truck for about the same price as a used one. So, we did that very day. AFTER LOOKING AT FORD EDGE VEHICLES FOR 3 MONTHS OR SO, I LOOKED INTO CARS.COM AND DISCOVERED WHAT I WANTED AT LENOIR CITY FORD. I ENTERED MY CONTACT INFORMATION AND WAS ANSWERED BY JOHN SCOTT. JOHN WAS VERY LOOKED INTO CARS.COM AND DISCOVERED WHAT I WANTED AT LENOIR CITY FORD. I ENTERED MY CONTACT INFORMATION AND WAS ANSWERED BY JOHN SCOTT. JOHN WAS VERY HELPFUL IN ASSISTING US ON THE VEHICLES WE WERE INTERESTED IN AND LETTING US KNOW MY OPTIONS. Overall Good Experience Each staff member I encountered at Lenoir City Ford was friendly and polite. This includes the person answering the phones, the sales staff, the sal Each staff member I encountered at Lenoir City Ford was friendly and polite. This includes the person answering the phones, the sales staff, the sales managers, and the finance personnel. The sales staff went above and beyond to help make sure I found the car that was right for me. Crystal Baptiste was knowledgeable, compassionate, and understanding. She appeared to be genuine in her desire to help me find a car that I would love. She was always willing to answer questions, return my calls, and gave me space to make decisions without overt dealer influence. I also appreciated that this dealership posted the KBB price right on the sticker. I did have some difficulty with Mr. Cardwell, the finance manager. My experience with this dealership was my first time buying a car without the help of my parents or other family members assisting. I do pride myself on being an assertive and informed consumer. That being said, there was some ambiguity about my financing options and rights as a consumer. My financing was approved from one bank, and I signed an agreement. Then I received notice from Mr. Cardwell that the contract I signed would not go through with the term length as explained when I signed. I was asked to sign a second contract with a different back with the term initially agreed upon at 0.03% higher interest rate. This bank was local with local branches which I preferred. I voiced this to Mr. Cardwell. My copy of the original contract was given back to the finance manager, and I was given a copy of the second contract with the understanding that the first contract would be void by my signing a new contract. I was later contacted via email (which I cannot access during business hours) to tell me that the original contract had actually gone through as Mr. Cardwell was able to get the bank to agree to the terms. When I responded via email to ask to proceed with the second contract, the only contract for which I had copies, I was told that was not possible. When I voiced concerns, I was told that there was nothing which could be done, as paperwork had already been submitted to the bank for processing. I was not notified that the finance manager was still attempting to obtain financing from the original bank. It was my understanding that signing a second contract meant that the first contract was void. I feel that communication should have been handled differently to keep me informed of actions being taken on my behalf by the dealership. There was no mention of Mr. Cardwell continuing with the first bank. When I was given the answer that I would be unable to obtain financing from the bank of my choice, I contacted the General Sales Manager, Breck Davis. Breck was very helpful in helping mediate my problem with the finance manager. In the end, I was able to choose which bank I would use to finance my car. I feel that the focus on customer service and priority on keeping the consumer informed was evident with Mr. Davis. He talked to me in a respectful manner and encouraged me to write an honest review of my experience. I feel that my overall experience with this dealership was positive. I did learn from this experience, and I would purchase another car from this dealership in the future. More

Cohen Heaton was a wonderful sales person! He was extremely professional and helpful during the entire process of purchasing the car of my dreams. I only came to see how the car drove and compare it extremely professional and helpful during the entire process of purchasing the car of my dreams. I only came to see how the car drove and compare it with other cars I was considering for purchase. I truly did not come to purchase a car that night. Cohen showed me all of the features of the car and convinced me to stay a little while so they could "run the numbers" and see if it was possible that I buy this car. I did not anticipate that it would be possible. Within an hour I was signing papers to purchase this car - or so I thought. Frank Cardwell had me sign papers and I was on my way home in my new-to-me used car in no time. Unfortunately we were not done with this process, as I had thought. There was an issue with my financing with the credit union and so we had to start again. This was a terrible set-back in my mind and very stressful for me, but Frank eventually worked it out to something we could both agree upon. Frank did a great job and made this deal possible. I came in later to get some small dents repaired and the service center was great! The car looked like new at the end of the day. Steve, the shuttle driver, took me to work and brought me back to the dealership later in the day. He is a very good driver and a sweet man. Your shuttle service is a life saver and I appreciated it very much. I also came in to have a key made on a different date and everyone was very helpful. If I looked lost, the nearest person asked if they could help me, they offered me a beverage, made sure I had a place to sit down and be comfortable while I waited. I have never experienced such care and concern, especially from people who weren't benefitting (directly) from my purchase. Cohen also went above and beyond the call of duty by getting a quote for me from the window tinting company across the street. Cohen was incredible during this entire process! I have told everyone I know that Lenoir CIty Ford "made me an offer I couldn't refuse" on a wonderful car that makes me happy every time I see it. More
