I did not think it was possible to be financed for a truck after we bought the Escaped, but Lisa and Brent worked "magic" and within the week, I drove off the lot with an awesome buy on a used truck! So thankful for Lisa. She didn't pressure us to buy, but worked with us on what we wanted. She is the only one I will go back to! Definitely recommend! More

Having just had a baby 3 months ago, we now have 3 kids in carseats and there was no way we were buying a minivan! There was only one truck for the job: A Ford Expedition XL. We looked around on the internet for the basics that we desired, an 8 seat, black, 4WD, tinted windows, heated leather seats, and something with less then 75,000 miles. That's how we happened upon Pete Clay from Lenior City Ford. He knew we were coming from Chattanooga with our 4 kiddos, and Pete had the truck out front and ready for us when we pulled in. He had a laid back way about him that allowed us to breathe and take in the truck at our own pace. Pete was helpful with his vehicle knowledge and when it came time to negotiate a price, he went to bat for us with his management. At the end of the day, my husband got a lower price, Pete made a sale, and I have an awesome truck. While my friends drive their minivans to soccer practices, swim lessons and school plays, I am grinning behind the wheel of my super cool Ford Expedition XL, giving new meaning to southern swagger! More

Great car buying experience!! I was not expecting to purchase a vehicle when I walked in. Brand new car! She's the reason I'm taking the time and making the effort to write on a Saturday afternoon because she t My review must begin and end with Mary Lynn! She's the reason I'm taking the time and making the effort to write on a Saturday afternoon because she took the time and made the effort for me, which is why today I am new Ford owner. I wasn't even in the market to purchase a new vehicle but was only trying to get an idea of what was available out there so I would be better prepared shopping for a used car in September when I believed most dealers are more willing to deal. However, Mary wasn't having any of that, quickly and confidently assuring me that not only could she get me a good deal now but the best deal now! To top that, she confidently claimed she could put me in the seat of a new vehicle for the same price I was expecting to pay for low miles used car! Although skeptical, I decided to give her a chance, and she delivered. What makes Mary especially effective is that without high-pressure sales tactics, she sold herself before the product, building a trust between the customer and dealership. Once she had my trust, my skepticism faded and she had me. Then the product did the rest. My overall experience at Lenoir City Ford was very good. But then again, it always is and I've been a customer for many years. My wife and I were made to feel very welcome during the whole process, one gentleman whose name escapes me, brought over a couple bottles of water for my wife and I that we never even asked for. He introduced himself and welcomed us. I thought that was very nice and thoughtful. of him Speaking of, Mary showed a genuine thoughtful interest in us as; not just customers but neighbors. Brent Stier did the same. It wasn't just about taking care of the paperwork; he chatted with us like we were friends. I was genuinely impressed. Finally, Sonny Wolfenbarger called early the next morning, still unaware a deal was made, very interested that our experience the evening before was a good one, asking if there was anything he could do to help. Again, I was very impressed with the follow-up call so promptly. In closing, my expectations with Lenoir City Ford were met as always, which is a good thing but Mary Lynn exceeded all expectations! She gave me her word and she kept it. Yesterday she promised to put a smile on my face and today I'm beaming. Mary, you're the best! More

Taurus Service On 5-15-17 I took my Taurus in for oil change & tire rotation. I returned on 5-16-17 and 4 new tires mounted. The following day the passenger rear ti On 5-15-17 I took my Taurus in for oil change & tire rotation. I returned on 5-16-17 and 4 new tires mounted. The following day the passenger rear tire pressure was 25psi. I inspected all the tires and found all four rims had been gauge in mounting. I called the service adviser and expressed my extreme displeasure in this service. I expect my car to be in the same condition after service as it was before. I was leaving town and could not bring in the car. On my return I took the Taurus in for a front end alignment which could not be done on 5-16-17 because the equipment was down. The service adviser took pictures of the rims and said he would call me when he discussed the problem with the service manager. I am still waiting for a call !!! More
