Mr. Wolfenbarger, I honestly don't know how you can say that you did not intend to disappoint when your salesman sent a video saying there was nothing wrong with this car ( just a small scratch on the lower front fender ). I received no less than 4 phone calls from him after receiving the video. Hurry up and get here, this car is hot. And showing very well. Even the morning I was to arrive he stated it had been test drove that very morning. Yet when I arrive 2 hours early for my appointment, I find the car being painted ( a small rust spot ). And when I see the windshield he looks like a deer in headlights. When asked why he let me drive 3 1/2 hrs for this, he stated that he hadn't noticed it untill now. What a crock!!!!! Then your offer of $80 for our trouble was a slap in the face. We spent 80 bucks on a pet sitter for 2 days. Not to mention the Hotel room and gas getting their. I could have stayed home and gone to buy here/pay here for that type of quality and that type of service. I'm a Navy Veteran, and as an Ex Sailor, I have a list of choice words for you and your Car lot. But.... I'll just say Bask in Your Failure and Wallow in Your Defeat. Go find another Sucker. Cause it won't be me...... I wouldn't put a penny in your gum ball machine. I'd get ripped off.

Just an FYI...that sales person was reprimanded and ultimately dismissed a month ago. My apology was sincere.
