I would not trust this so called dealership to put air in my tyres after they chemical flushed my transmission then put the wrong oil and 6 pints too much destroying the transmission and then claim they did my tyres after they chemical flushed my transmission then put the wrong oil and 6 pints too much destroying the transmission and then claim they did no wrong- don’t get serviced here even though the owners manual says to do the opposite of what they did More

Cecil and Charlie did all I ask to have my vehicle ready when I arrived after driving 5 hours to pick it up. They were very considerate and not high pressure. I recently traded for a new 2022 Ford Escape at Lenoir City. My experience of purchasing a car from them was one of the very best car-buying experience that I've had in over fifty years of buying Fords! City.
