The staff there are extremely professional, courteous, and friendly… From my sales rep Brittanie (who I’ve now used twice, make sure you ask for her), to the GM Glen, GSM Charlie, Sales Manger McKenzie, Inventory Manager Wayne, and Chris in parts, everyone there is top notch, helpful and like I previously stated, extremely professional. There’s not another dealership in East Tennessee, that I would go to and luckily they were here in my own backyard. Totally worth the drive to Lenoir City Ford if you’re looking for a new or used Ford or another used vehicle. More
