Actually enjoyed the sales process with Andy and Charlie. Have been dealing with service issues since June, so not very impressed so far. I just recently bought a truck from Lenoir City Ford. These people care about giving their clients good and reliable service. Ms. Andrea Meiji was very helpful as well. We live an hour and a half from Lenoir City and she answered all my concerns and question with adamant and timely responses before we ever left our driveway. She, as well as the dealership, made buying the truck a seamless and effortless process. Not to mention a speedy process. I told them where I wanted to be in the context of monthly expense and they were able to give me and my family the deal that benefitted us the most with the vehicle we wanted.
