I currently own a Ford Windstar Van, we are about to replace. They provided the two models, one the Fusion, and the other an Escape for us to trial. What they did is that I was referred by the Service Advisor that I should see Dan. I called him up and he arranged for the car to be ready - take it for the afternoon - to test drive. We didn't do that but was able to ensure ourselves that we had a good test drive. Upon our return, the other car was ready for us to test drive. Yes, I do all my Service at Lenoir City since we arrived 5 years ago. This says a quite a bit about the management of the Dealership and a followup letter from the President jim Allen thanking us for the opportunity to become one in their Owner Family. To sum up the Service had been great and now the Sales Consultants have demonstrated that they do what the potential customer needs to assist in making one of the more larger investments we make. If the terminal is located in an area, it would be ok but I suspect that most people will want to do this survey, like me, from my home or office. More

They treat you like an old friend who has come by to buy a vehicle. Loved the fact that they had a woman sales person on staff! We purchased a new 2011 Ford F-150 Raptor and traded in a 2007 FJ Cruiser and 2000 F-150. We were given more than what we expected on both trade-in vehicles and paid exactly what we expected on the "ho 2007 FJ Cruiser and 2000 F-150. Most of the deal was done over the phone so all we had to do was go in and sign the paperwork. When we arrived it was all ready to go: truck, paperwork and all. We were in and out within forty-five minutes. (Long enough for us to pop some fresh popcorn and eat two bags). Go in and see Blake Deal. He will treat you right. Two weeks later, I went back, "borrowed" a car for 2 days, and then returned to purchase the car. All in all, this was the best experience I have ever had, as a woman, in purchasing a car. Both of my sons were also impressed with the quality of service I received and intend to return when they purchase their next cars. Everyone I encountered, from the salespeople to the service personnel, were GREAT! More
