My family and I recently went through bankruptcy and had originally kept our car loan through Ally. After the bankruptcy was discharged we were instructed to call to negotiate payments being lowered and suc originally kept our car loan through Ally. I received a letter from Lenoir City Ford about options that were at my disposal and I decided that it would be in our best interest to give it a try. I spoke with Brian and Lisa Meyers and within the same business day we were able to approve my husband and I a newer car with a lower payment and were able to trade in the old car and it would be paid off.
