I had made the decision to purchase a Camry and was referred to Lenoir City Ford by a co-worker. She was wonderful. She listened to exactly what I was looking for and the financing to adhere to my budget. I decided to make the trip there and I am so glad that I did. I have found a dealership that I would return to without a moments hesitation. The customer service was above and beyond. The staff was so kind, helpful, and professional. They worked with me on my trade-in, my terms to keep a certain payment and I got an awesome rate! They stayed over an hour past closing to get me in my Camry and made sure that I had a full tank of gas before leaving. They worked thru every part of the deal to my satisfaction and I couldn't be more pleased. The Camry is awesome!! Mike Brown,sales manager, found me every dicount possible and worked hard to get me a fair trade allowance. Brian Myers,special finance, made my financing experience very pleasurable. Not once was I pressured by anyone. My son was with me when I made the purchase and he could not believe how well I was treated.I would gladly recommend these folks to anyone. I had a great Experience at Lenoir City Ford. They had the Ford F-150 FX4 I wanted so I called and and spoke with Mike Brown concerning the new truck and my trade-in. Upon on my arrival, Breck Davis, Mike Brown and Blake Deal were there to greet me and gave me a friendly reception. Blake was the main salesman I worked with while I was there and he did a great job explaining the whole process. Mike was true to his word with what we had discussed on the phone so I did not hesitate on buying my new, loaded Ford F-150 FX4. The General Sales Manager, Mr Davis not only greeted me but expressed his appreciation and gratitude while I was there. We actually went there to look at a used Nissan, with which we were unimpressed. We then turned our attention to new Fusions. We found the one we wanted and both Dave and the general manager (I think h which we were unimpressed. We then turned our attention to new Fusions.
