This dealership is great! We recently bought a used auto from this dealership after doing hours of internet searching and test drives from several different areas. We traveled from Jonesborough to Lenoir City for a test drive after speaking with Blake Deal on the phone and wow, was it worth the trip. From the minute we drove on the lot, we were treated like family by all the folks at the dealership including folks that were not dealing directly with us on the purchase. At this time we were considering 2 other vehicles and returned a week later with our decision to purchase our pt cruiser from here, taking into consideration price, condition of vehicle, and treatment from the staff, and hands down Lenoir City Ford won on all 3 counts! It was a very enjoyable car buying experience. The salesman, Blake Deal, was terrrific, always anwering all questions with no pressure to buy and so very couteous. Also, the sales manager, Mike Brown was a pleasure to work with and made the purchase fun. We agreed on a price that was a great value for the 2009 cruiser with very low mileage and was in showroom condition. This car buying experience made us look forward to buying another vehicle from LC Ford in the future whenever we are in the market for another one. This has been my second trip to Lenoir City Ford for a new car purchase. The first was for my car and the second was for a car for my mother. Everyone who works there says "hi", even if they are not your sales agent and everyone offers to get you something and make sure you are comfortable. The sales people are courteous and neither time did I feel pressured to buy that day or was pushed to get a higher dollar car. The price was what we were looking for in the terms of rebates and they have and their over all asking price. Although it wasn't something for nothing, I still feel I got the best deal around. I have had my vehicles serviced there over the last few years, oil change, transmission work, transfer case work, etc. But even when I bought my new truck, I had intended to keep all my service there (Tires for Life was an added bonus) If you are looking for a good car at a good price, go to LC Ford.
