My husband and I had been throwing the idea around about trading in our car with 90,000 plus miles as I drive a distance to work. The issue was we had filed bankruptcy last year and was not sure if that wo trading in our car with 90,000 plus miles as I drive a distance to work. The issue was we had filed bankruptcy last year and was not sure if that would be possible. We received a letter through the mail from Lisa saying she could help us get a car. My husband conversated with her a couple of times and told her up front what we were looking for and what our criteria was for a new purchase. She called back and had us pre-approved! I couldn't believe it when my husband told me. So we made an appt to go in and see Lisa. She let us test drive 3 different vehicles of different makes and models to make sure we chose the one we wanted. She wheeled and dealed and tried to get us into the car we chose out of the three but the numbers just wouldn't work. However, she DID get us into the Toyota Camry she originally said we could get and I couldn't be happier. I am glad now it didn't work out for the other car, I LOVE MY CAMRY! Lisa was very pleasant and patient with us. She was up front with us and us with her. We had our two children with us that day and she made them feel as comfortable as possible and made the experience as pleasant as it possibly could have been for them. Lisa is a great assest to the company! She is professional yet personable, kind and caring. You always think of sales people being pushy and unkind and that definetly was not our experience. We did our paperwork with Brian in financing and he was just as awesome! Yet again Brian was professional but kind and caring at the same time. He also was up front with information. It was not a long drawn out process, he was very efficient at his job. There again Brian is an asset to the team as well. By the time we were leaving the dealership it was cold and raining very hard. So Lisa said to bring it back for carpet cleaning and a tank of gas when it was a nicer day out. Even when trying to coordinate my schedule with their schedule to get this done a gentleman by the name of Wayne was emailing me on his day off from home! Talk about customer service...WOW! We couldn't really coordinate the two so they will add that on to my first time I go in for service! This company goes way above and beyond to make their customers have a great experience and they do everything they can to make sure you leave happy and with what you went looking for! I would absolutley recommend them to anyhone I know looking for a vehicle purchase! Great job guys!!! These was our second time going to Lenoir City and I am hooked, we will be back in the future! I actually purchased my 2011 Ford Explorer through another dealer out of state, but did the walk through/training with Greg Curran. My wife and I were in desperate need of a late-model, high-gas mileage vehicle but had no idea what we were going to be able to do to get one. Having just experienced bankruptcy and having been tied to a high-gas mileage vehicle but had no idea what we were going to be able to do to get one. Having just experienced bankruptcy and having been tied to a buy-here-pay-here vehicle with an astronomical interest rate and monthly payment, we were surprised to see a letter int he mail from Lenoir City Ford offering to work with us to get us what we needed. I figured nobody would be willing to work with us for a long time. An initial skeptical call to Lisa Myers proved to be very pleasant and I was truly left feeling like it might be possible when the call was finished. Two days later my wife and I drove from Chattanooga to the dealership having been pre-approved for an amount we couldn't believe. We arrived with a detailed list of possible cars we had viewed on the great website the dealer has. Cold, rainy and very busy was the atmosphere when we arrived. Lisa had Blake Deal assist us and we gave him a workout. He was very patient and not pushy at all. We test drove a number of used models and decided on the last one driven. The paperwork process was not nearly as drawn out as I have experienced at other dealerships over the years. Lisa had already gotten us pre-approved, Blake made the turnover to Brian in the Finance department smooth and painless. Brian shot straight with us and we did with him. It was a an extremely pleasant overall experience. The days from initial call to car ownership blows our minds and is such a blessing. Thank you Blake, Lisa, Brian and Lenoir City Ford! I had spoken with Brian Meyers a few months ago back when he was still in sales and I had received a letter from his dealership because I had been through a Bankruptcy and they said they could help. He had me approved for a vehicle, several months but was looking to buy local so I went to Larry Hill Ford here in Cleveland, TN to my surprise I spoke with sales representative named Dustin who showed me a few cars and tried to pressure me into buying a car that I didn’t even want. I told him that I had been approved with Lenoir City Ford already and he told me there was no way Lenoir City had gotten me approved for what I wanted because they were the same company and if they could not get me approved then the other dealership would not have been able to either and he made me second guess the financing and I did not buy a car. I tried once again with Larry Hill Ford about a month ago and yet again was told no, they couldn’t help. Being desperate for some help I turned to Lisa and Brian Meyers with Lenoir City Ford and once again they got me approved for a second time when Larry Hill Ford told me they could not help me. S Lisa and Brian truly care about helping people and it shows!! They really made the process very easy and what a difference between the two dealership, the people at Lenoir City Ford are a class act! I was very pleased with the entire process and would recommend this dealership to my friends and family even though Larry Hill Ford is local. I tell my friends and family to use Lenoir City Ford and not Larry Hill. I am truly enjoying my new Toyota Camry!!! Thanks Lisa and Brian, and I will never buy a vehicle from anyone else!!! More
The sales manager is completely awful, and deserves to be fired. He talks to people like hes better than everyone. They made threats when we had not done anything wrong. worst sales staff we have dealt with. Finance guy very nice to work with. More
