Frustrating experience with a dealer that has no interest in dealing with people who are aware of fair market value for a car. My free advice for anyone who considers them is to familiarize yourself with sit in dealing with people who are aware of fair market value for a car. My free advice for anyone who considers them is to familiarize yourself with sites such as KBB.com, Cars.com and Autobytel.com. You should be paying close to invoice, which is still a huge profit for a dealer. These people act as if you should be honored by a few dollars off MSRP, They even tried to sell me a 2011 at those prices even though 2013 (!) units were already in stock. Their sales agent also used every tired trick in the sleazy salesman book with us. They bad mouthed other local Ford dealers, dismissed other cars in the class in condescending ways even though those cars are better reviewed and they paid virtually no attention to what I was actually asking of them as a customer. I gave this dealership a chance primarily due to the reviews on this very site. Stating the obvious, those reviews are misleading. The instant the salesman from this dealership realized I had a better quote from a competing dealership, they became insulting and dismissive. Free advice to the dealer: make your prices (much) more competitive and tret potential customers better. This was pathetic. More

From the time I walked in the door I was greated by a salesman very frienly. I asked for Blake and he had just came back with his lunch and left it to the side to help me. A very comfortable purchase experience. D.J. Johnson, the sales employee with whom I spent the most time with, is a great listener. He remembered just about every comment I made about the various cars wh the sales employee with whom I spent the most time with, is a great listener. He is a very patient salesman, yet senses when the time is right to steer the buyers attention to another car. Breck Davis, the sales manager provided great buckup support to D.J., and when it was time to discuss trade allowances he was very thourough yet fast with the numbers. The offer he proposed was very close to matching my expectation. Blake Deal, another sales employee, did a great job of explaining all the features and functions of the new vehicle. OMG is that Ford Sync / My Ford Touch / Sirius / Navigation system ever impressive. More

This was the smoothest purchase of a new vehicle I have ever had. I had already visited two other dealers that day and they managed to make me mad within 30 minutes with their pushy sales techniques. This was not the case with Debra Graham and the staff at Lenoir City Ford. I was able to test drive the vehicle and negotiate the deal within 45 minutes of my arrival on the lot. Debra Graham was a pleasure to deal with and even drove my new truck home for me after the sale. That's the kind of service you get at Lenoir City Ford . I left feeling good about my purchase and feeling that I got the best deal around. I highly recommend Debra and Lenoir City Ford if you are in the market to purchase a new Ford or a used car. When my girlfriend needed a newer car in January of `11, we worked with Lisa Myers and Mike Brown to purchase a `10 Fusion. The experience overall was a pleasant one. When I decided to buy an Escape I went back to Lenoir City based on my experience with their Service Dept amd the sales staff previously. Mike and Lisa tried their best to locate a used Escape that met my desired configuration. Being very specific about what I wanted, they weren`t able to find one so I decided to order a new `12 Escape from Lenoir City Ford. The experience was a pleasant one. Although it took a while to receive my car it was worth the wait to get exactly what I wanted. Lisa and Mike as well as Wayne Minor kept me abreast of my order status and were very helpful all along the way. Lisa was great thru both of our purchases in the last couple of years . I went to Lenoir City Ford because I had heard an ad on the radio that they had a power buy going on for Ford Fusions. That was the model of car that I was wanting, and thought this advertised price was e the radio that they had a power buy going on for Ford Fusions. That was the model of car that I was wanting, and thought this advertised price was excellent. I was greeted by Greg Curran and he informed me that they had already sold all of the Fusions they had on the power buy, but that they were manual transmission vehicles. I told him that I didn't want a manual, I wanted an automatic with air and that was the main things I was looking for. He asked if I had a color preference, then he went to get a car with my specifications and so much more. I took the Fusion for a test drive, and I was sold on the car. I originally told Greg that I didn't want a sunroof or backup sensors, but ended up looking at one that had those features and that was in the color we wanted, so that was the one we bought. The buying experience was very calm, and with no pressure. We went back to pick up our new car a couple of days later, and everyone that we dealt with was very friendly, cheerful, and made the buying experience relaxed. Mike Brown and Brian Myers worked with us on the paperwork, and we couldn't have asked for a better and smoother experience. Once all was done, Greg assisted me in getting signed up for Sync services, linked my cell phone to my car so that it would work while driving, and he also took us to the parts and service departments to introduce us to the service team and parts manager. That is above and beyond anything I have ever experienced when buying a new vehicle. Most salespeople when they get your signature on the paperwork, they are done with you, but not the group at Lenoir City Ford. They are the best sales department I have ever dealt with. More
