We actually went there to look at a used Nissan, with which we were unimpressed. We then turned our attention to new Fusions. We found the one we wanted and both Dave and the general manager (I think h which we were unimpressed. We then turned our attention to new Fusions. We found the employees to be very friendly. Like buying any new car, the original talk and the 4-way sheets of paper are somewhat confusing. As we had an X-plan purchase, there was not a lot of haggling, and the employees were helpful. I am happy that the finance manager did not push hard on the extended warranty. I currently own a Ford Windstar Van, we are about to replace. Looking for a new car, these two sales consultants, )(they are a team and the later is new to the Dealership and is being mentored by t replace. Looking for a new car, these two sales consultants, )(they are a team and the later is new to the Dealership and is being mentored by the seasoned and experienced sales consultant)( have gone beyond the call in trying to assist my wife and I deciding which Ford model would best suit our needs. They provided the two models, one the Fusion, and the other an Escape for us to trial. What they did is that I was referred by the Service Advisor that I should see Dan. I called him up and he arranged for the car to be ready - take it for the afternoon - to test drive. We didn't do that but was able to ensure ourselves that we had a good test drive. Upon our return, the other car was ready for us to test drive. Yes, I do all my Service at Lenoir City since we arrived 5 years ago. This says a quite a bit about the management of the Dealership and a followup letter from the President jim Allen thanking us for the opportunity to become one in their Owner Family. To sum up the Service had been great and now the Sales Consultants have demonstrated that they do what the potential customer needs to assist in making one of the more larger investments we make. If the terminal is located in an area, it would be ok but I suspect that most people will want to do this survey, like me, from my home or office. More
They treat you like an old friend who has come by to buy a vehicle. Loved the fact that they had a woman sales person on staff!
