My family and I recently went through bankruptcy and had originally kept our car loan through Ally. After the bankruptcy was discharged we were instructed to call to negotiate payments being lowered and suc originally kept our car loan through Ally. After much hassle and stress, we were informed that we could not do anything to get a lower payment. I received a letter from Lenoir City Ford about options that were at my disposal and I decided that it would be in our best interest to give it a try. I spoke with Brian and Lisa Meyers and within the same business day we were able to approve my husband and I a newer car with a lower payment and were able to trade in the old car and it would be paid off. Lenoir city Ford was almost a prayer answered from Heaven. Brian and Lisa were very prompt and eager to meet our needs as a car buyer in such times of need. I will recommend this dealership to everyone looking for a car. I am a very highly satisfied customer. More

David Garrett was very professional and helpful during my purchasing experience. He did not use the standard high pressure sales techniques that you normally associate with purchasing a car. I had "shopped" two other Ford Dealerships in our area and the deal I received at Lenoir City was far superior than the other two. One dealership was allowing me $9,000 for my trade and was only our area and the deal I received at Lenoir City was far superior than the other two. One dealership was allowing me $9,000 for my trade and was only going to give me $4,000 worth of rebates, another one suggested that I outright sale my trade myself but was offering me $5,000 rebates. Bryan's first offer for a deal was $15,800 for my trade and $6,000 rebates. I hurried down and made the deal as fast as I could for fear that he had made a subtraction or an addition mistake. For the people that read my comments...THERE REALLY IS A DIFFERENCE IN FORD DEALERSHIPS and if you don't at least let Lenoir City Ford give you a price quote then it may cost you $$$ thousands $$$. By the way, as of 9/21/2011 I'm sure they have a GREAT deal on an excellent 2008 Chevrolet Truck (my trade). More
