I went to this dealer on 4-28-2012 to test drive a 2012 Escape. I worked with Blake Deal and Brian Myers. They were wonderful. I was very pleased with the process of purchasing 2012 Ford Escape. I knew the vehicle I would probably purchase, however wanted to vent my thought process looking at what we wanted in the vehicle, price Ford Escape. He did not push me to make a decision faster than I wanted, however was ready to help me with my decision when I was ready. The best service I have recieved. It was Easter weekend and I contacted Blake around 4 or 5 about a used car I saw on the internet. I called and talked to Blake and about 5 minutes later I called again and and I contacted Blake around 4 or 5 about a used car I saw on the internet. I called and talked to Blake and about 5 minutes later I called again and told him I would be coming to Lenoir City to look at the car. He gave me directions and even texted me to make sure I found the dealership. I arrived, Blake had the car ready to drive, the air was blwong nice and cool and it had enough gas for me to cruise around town. He was very friendly and I did not feel like he was a salesman but rather one of my buddies. I had been to many dealerships before and many of the salesman made me feel "pressured" but with Blake I felt so comfortable and he explained everything to me to make sure I understood what was going on. Again, I must say it was Easter weekend and I came in a few hours before closing. I was so sure that I would recieve the worse service because they were ready to go home. But I was WRONG! It was a great experience coming to Lenoir City Ford and I look forward to doing ore business with them in the future!! More
