This has been my second trip to Lenoir City Ford for a new car purchase. The first was for my car and the second was for a car for my mother. Everyone who works there says "hi", even if they are not your sales agent and everyone offers to get you something and make sure you are comfortable. The sales people are courteous and neither time did I feel pressured to buy that day or was pushed to get a higher dollar car. The price was what we were looking for in the terms of rebates and they have and their over all asking price. Although it wasn't something for nothing, I still feel I got the best deal around. I have had my vehicles serviced there over the last few years, oil change, transmission work, transfer case work, etc. But even when I bought my new truck, I had intended to keep all my service there (Tires for Life was an added bonus) If you are looking for a good car at a good price, go to LC Ford. She was wonderful. She listened to exactly what I was looking for and the financing to adhere to my budget. I decided to make the trip there and I am so glad that I did. I have found a dealership that I would return to without a moments hesitation. The customer service was above and beyond. The staff was so kind, helpful, and professional. They worked with me on my trade-in, my terms to keep a certain payment and I got an awesome rate! They stayed over an hour past closing to get me in my Camry and made sure that I had a full tank of gas before leaving. They worked thru every part of the deal to my satisfaction and I couldn't be more pleased. The Camry is awesome!! I had a great Experience at Lenoir City Ford. They had the Ford F-150 FX4 I wanted so I called and and spoke with Mike Brown concerning the new truck and my trade-in. Blake was the main salesman I worked with while I was there and he did a great job explaining the whole process.
