I had a great Experience at Lenoir City Ford. They had the Ford F-150 FX4 I wanted so I called and and spoke with Mike Brown concerning the new truck and my trade-in. Upon on my arrival, Breck Davis, Mike Brown and Blake Deal were there to greet me and gave me a friendly reception. Blake was the main salesman I worked with while I was there and he did a great job explaining the whole process. Mike was true to his word with what we had discussed on the phone so I did not hesitate on buying my new, loaded Ford F-150 FX4. The General Sales Manager, Mr Davis not only greeted me but expressed his appreciation and gratitude while I was there. When I left I felt as though we all had gotten a fair deal and my journey had been worth the drive to Lenoir City Ford. More

This was my best experience in purchasing a new vehicle. My new Ranger has all the features I could wish for. We actually went there to look at a used Nissan, with which we were unimpressed. We then turned our attention to new Fusions. We found the one we wanted and both Dave and the general manager (I think h which we were unimpressed. We then turned our attention to new Fusions. We found the employees to be very friendly. Like buying any new car, the original talk and the 4-way sheets of paper are somewhat confusing. I currently own a Ford Windstar Van, we are about to replace. Looking for a new car, these two sales consultants, )(they are a team and the later is new to the Dealership and is being mentored by t replace. They provided the two models, one the Fusion, and the other an Escape for us to trial. What they did is that I was referred by the Service Advisor that I should see Dan. I called him up and he arranged for the car to be ready - take it for the afternoon - to test drive. We didn't do that but was able to ensure ourselves that we had a good test drive. Upon our return, the other car was ready for us to test drive. Yes, I do all my Service at Lenoir City since we arrived 5 years ago. This says a quite a bit about the management of the Dealership and a followup letter from the President jim Allen thanking us for the opportunity to become one in their Owner Family. To sum up the Service had been great and now the Sales Consultants have demonstrated that they do what the potential customer needs to assist in making one of the more larger investments we make. If the terminal is located in an area, it would be ok but I suspect that most people will want to do this survey, like me, from my home or office. More
