Before stopping by lenoir city ford, I had tried 6 other dealerships. I was trying to trade in a car I owed too much on and was unable to find anyone that would even come close to trading...at least 2 other dealerships. I have a great job and excellent credit, so I couldn't understand why they were treating me this way. I was almost ready to give up and keep the car I was not satisfied with when I drove by lenoir city ford and the car I was looking for was sitting out front. I immediately turned around, dreading the whole process again, I walked in and had to ask for a salesman! Yes, ask! They didn't flock to my car before I even got out, I was allowed to actually walk inside. I had the pleasure of speaking with Keith Stroud, and it was as easy as you please. We drove the car and talked numbers quickly. Not the waiting I was used to. We had a small gap to close by the time I left and we agreed to talk that evening by phone as I was on a schedule. The deal was completed over the phone, no pressure and no outrageous addition to their asking price, since I was upside down in my current car. Keith stayed after hours the next evening, waiting through my 12 hr shift. The whole experience was pleasant, thanks to Keith. He is so friendly and helpful, not the usual traits of a salesman! More

I came to Greg Curran, my salesman, looking for a vehicle that met a specific set of criteria. I was not looking for a specific make or model, but did have several specific requirements. I was looking for A LOT of vehicle for a very limited price. I honestly did not have much faith that I would find something within that price range, but because I was not in a hurry to purchase I wanted to "shoot for the stars" and see if I couldn't get a steal. My real plan was to search for that "steal" for a few weeks and then raise my price limit to a number that was more realistic. I have purchased several vehicles before so I expected that Greg would be like all the other salesmen I have dealt with at other dealerships, and find me a vehicle that was reasonably close to what I was looking for, but with a slightly higher asking price. I couldn't have been more wrong! Two days after telling Greg what I wanted, he not only found a vehicle with EVERYTHING I was looking for, but the bottom-line was thousands below my price limit. I had no idea it was possible to get this much truck for this little money! I am still amazed at how well Greg did finding me the perfect truck. I am also amazed he was able to do it in two days! On top of Greg's great service, the dealership (Lenoir City Ford) was awesome to deal with. I had never bought anything from them before, but have bought from other dealerships. The customer service from all of the employees is top-notch. I was also amazed at the perks that come along with buying a used vehicle from them, like the 90-day warranty (which is surprisingly extensive) and free oil changes & tire rotations for a year. I got zero perks from the other Ford dealerships I have bought used vehicles from. Living in Knoxville, there are numerous Ford dealerships that are closer to my location than Lenoir City Ford. However, after this experience, I will happily make the drive to Lenoir City for my next vehicle. I could not been more pleased! More

I purchased my newest looking used car with only seein it though emails and MMS text messages. Lisa was awesome every step of the way. The overall experiance with Lenoir City Ford was excellent. Information was stright up, accurate, and factual. All members was a pleasure to work with. Documentation was easy to read and was long decussed prior to comming to that point, no surprises, no hidden information, issues with vehicle, to the financial process. What really stands out in my mind was the F250 we were considering buying was caked with mud, dirt, plants, smelled very bad of smoke. (Just traded it in 30, minutes before we got there and no time to clean vehicle.) When we came back to look at the vehicle it looked brand new, the detail cleaner was excellent and that was all we needed to seal the deal. The attention to details of the staff, cleaning crew, overall appearance of the facility, again excellent. My next vehicle will be purchased from this location, and I will highly recommend and encourage all my family and friends to do the same.
