Everyone I came in contact with at Lenoir City Ford was "beyond friendly", very knowledgeable, and extremely friendly. They truly seemed to have my car-buying experience as a priority. His knowledge of the vehicle and the options that came on it was exceptional, I have never had a salesman know and share so much information about a vehicle. He took his time to tell me all about it and if I had questions, he answered them without hesitation. Breck Davis gave me the car to drive for a day just to see if I liked it, no questions asked. Brian Myers done exactly what he said he would do for the financing and got me a better deal than I had on the vehicle I traded. I will NEVER go anywhere else to purchase a vehicle as long as these 3 exceptional people work with this dealership. The rating does not go high enough for this dealership. They get a 10 star rating from me. More

As we moved into our quest -four weeks and many cars- for a new car we came to Lenoir City Ford first...and ended up there because of the quality of the Ford products, the service we received, and the professionalism of the sales staff.
