I had recieved a letter in the mail from Lenoir City Ford stating that they knew how bad it was on us and they thought that they might be able to help.I put the letter aside thinking that we couldn't do any good in getting a loan to get another car. After a few weeks went by we decided to give them a try. Well folks let me tell you the person that we dealt with was very nice and with the good Lords help and with Lisa Myers we was able to drive away with a better and nicer vehicle than we had. Lisa and Brian was indeed very nice and helpful and want to thank the so much for all their help in getting us in our new car. I had recently filed bankruptcy and need to purchase a car, i had tried several dealerships in the area i lived but no one was very helpful. She ask me what kind of car i was looking for and how much i could afford. When i drove to dealership Lisa Myers had me pre-approved for a loan and had picked several cars out that she thought I would like and had them all ready for me to look and test drive. During the entire process Lisa made me feel welcome and part of the family. After finding the car i wanted Mike Myers made me very welcome and made signing the paperwork very fast and painless.
