They don't add on a bunch of hidden fees like many other dealers (only one 399 fee, which is actually the lowest one I've seen), and they didn't try to upsell me a bunch of extra packages I didn't need. The finance manager was helpful and showed me several options for the loan, and helped me figure out the best one to fit my needs. I was very happy with the experience and I have to say it was probably the least-stressful vehicle purchase I've ever made. More

Somewhat disappointed, we started looking at their other Expeditions, but they were all new. Margo was very helpful in helping us find what we were looking for in their inventory, pulling several different Expeditions up for us to look at. When we finally found the one that we liked because it was comparable to the one we had gone to look at in the first place, the dealer really worked with us on t he price to get it down from the new price tag to something close to what the program car had been advertised for. We were very happy with the price we received, the lengths to which the team went to get us that price, and the overall friendliness of the team. More

Of course, I had done my research and was a pretty easy sale. While Jenny, my salesperson, was not very experienced, she was very pleasant to work with. She has followed up with me after the sale. The financing and detailing took quite awhile to complete. The actual signing part was very quick once everything was done.
