2018 Jeep Renegade People were all very pleasant. Janet James-Owens was my sales person and Brian (person I filled out the paperwork with). They were great. The man People were all very pleasant. Janet James-Owens was my sales person and Brian (person I filled out the paperwork with). They were great. The managers were great also. There was only one key, so they had another one made for me. However, the other man that they have to help fill out the paperwork never called me back on a day that Brian was out of the office. It was an important call, concerning a personal check I paid them for the Jeep, for the down payment. Also, once I got home and was able to get a better look at the Jeep, I noticed a small ink stain and a larger stain on the passenger side back seat that looked like someone had gotten sick and it didn't all come up. I'm working on that. Janet James-Owens gave me some tips so I hope they work. There also appears to be a liquid stain on the passenger side dashboard. I cannot get that off. And, there appears to be a couple of small chips on the driver side door. I cannot fix that. I'm hoping they don't get worse. More

Best experience buying a car ever Ethan and the boys here deliver as promised. Ethan had a truck on the lot that he could've probably talked me into but he knew my parameters and brou Ethan and the boys here deliver as promised. Very knowledgeable, extremely professional, as well as down to earth sales person. Definitely the best car buying experience thus far in my 30 years of auto shopping. I did pricing and negotiating over the phone. He answered all my questions and returned all/texts/calls with utmost urgency. Poor Advertising/Little to no negotiation Drove 2 hours after seeing an ad on their website for a 2013 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited, very nice vehicle just didnt advertise its options truthfully... Drove 2 hours after seeing an ad on their website for a 2013 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited, very nice vehicle just didnt advertise its options truthfully... says on the website it has air conditioning, after arriving and showing our trade-in the sales associate states that the vehicle has no AC.. the manager said it could be added for an additional $3250, I thought that was a little absurd considering the vehicle is advertised with air conditioning... After trying to negotiate which felt like a dead end road for about an hour I walked away. Thanks for wasting my time and gas More
