Steve, we’re truly sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction with your recent experience at Lenny’s Garage. Over the past 15 years, we’ve valued your friendship and loyalty, having had the privilege of assisting you with over 20 vehicle purchases. Regarding your concerns, we want to assure you that no one was pressured into signing anything. You completed the same paperwork that has accompanied all your previous purchases with us, and we ensure every customer follows the same transparent process. For reference, we have records of all past sales securely filed. We understand it’s disappointing when a vehicle requires more repairs than anticipated. To help, we provided a $1,000 discount to offset any potential future service costs. It’s also important to note that the van you purchased is nearly 30 years old with high mileage, which unfortunately disqualifies it from coverage under warranty programs. As with all of your past purchases, you were welcome to have the vehicle inspected prior to finalizing your decision. The van ran and shifted well during my personal delivery across state lines to your doorstep.
