Very friendly salesman, Bob Gill, took the time to talk to us and we did not feel at all pressured to make a purchase. Manager also took the time to come out and talk to us about another model we were inte to us and we did not feel at all pressured to make a purchase. I bought my pre-owned Jeep @ Lenihan a few years ago & have continuously serviced it there. Frank in service is great. Being a single woman, it's often intimidating taking your vehicle in for service. I & have continuously serviced it there. Frank in service is great. Being a single woman, it's often intimidating taking your vehicle in for service. I must say-I've never felt that way here. Last week when I was in for service I was looking around. Bob Gill took time to show me some vehicles knowing that I wasn't there to buy. I saw a Jeep that I fell in love with and took it for a drive. Bob and Mike Garro gave me a great deal. They told me to take my time. No pressure. I called Bob Gill the next day and bought my 2nd Jeep! It was a hassle-free experience! I highly recommend Lenihan! More

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. If you even contemplate going to Lenihan please smack yourself. My initial experience when purchasing the vehicle was outstanding...they were curteous, polite, and accomodating. H to Lenihan please smack yourself. HOWEVER, the service since purchase has been horrifc, sub-par, and unprofessional to say the least. I am currently in the process of reporting them to the Better Business Bureau (where they already have 2 resolved complaints against them). I bought a $27,000 2008 Jeep Commander (and bought the extended warranty) and here I am 2.5 months later and just had to pay over $1200 for repairs to the vehicle. Lenihan has taken 0 responsibilty and has only continued to make me feel like it was my fault and their hands are tied. I wish I had a better experience as this has been an absolute nightmare. We purchased a Grand Cherokee in 2006 and a Town and Country minivan in 2008 and we have had no problems whatsoever with either vehicle. The salespeople at Lenihan are friendly, honest, respectful, and Country minivan in 2008 and we have had no problems whatsoever with either vehicle. The salespeople at Lenihan are friendly, honest, respectful, and they don't pressure you. In fact they encourage you to research their vehicles over the internet, compare their prices and features before making a decision and tell you when they are working so you can come back when you are ready. Every other dealership wants you to commit ASAP. At Lenihan they also don't try to up sell you. They respect the budget you want to work with and talk in terms of final price, not just what your monthly payments will be. We had such wonderful experiences with them that we just purchased our third vehicle from them today (a 2006 Ford Fusion) for our daugther to drive when she gets her license next month. Lenihan will ocntinue to be where we go first when we want a low mileage used car loaded with features. More
Terible. Hit my friend for a 900 Bank Fee at time of signing for a new used car on Friday. There is no such thing as a Bank Fee regarding a car loan. Then they called him a name over the phone. Then r signing for a new used car on Friday. There is no such thing as a Bank Fee regarding a car loan. Then they called him a name over the phone. Then rhey told him that they would give him back 450.00 of the 900.00 bucks that they scammed from him. Then they said "forget it" bring the car back or keep it. Deal is off! These are terrible people. Stay away! More
I purchased a new Cherokee there in 2008 and there were problems with the vehicle. The service manager Frank told me he would fix the problem. He proceeded to replace the rear, and the transfer case and problems with the vehicle. The service manager Frank told me he would fix the problem. He proceeded to replace the rear, and the transfer case and the problem still exists today. Also, upon removing the transfer case, they also damaged the converter pipe. They replaced parts that did not need to be replaced. I recently sent a friend to buy a used car. He dealt with Andrew. The agreed price was $11,000.00. When he went to sign the papers, they charged him a $900 bank fee. This fee was never listed in the Bill of Sale. In fact, there is no such thing as a Bank Fee relating to a loan. They simply put the $900 back into the price of the car which was originally $11,900.00. Stay clear of this dealership!!! More
