Used Lexus purchase I traded in my 2006 330RX for a used 2012 Lexus 350 - I was told that my 2006 with 122,000 miles needed about $7,000 worth of work needed. New tires I traded in my 2006 330RX for a used 2012 Lexus 350 - I was told that my 2006 with 122,000 miles needed about $7,000 worth of work needed. New tires, breaks, etc. I probably would have spent $3,000 at my local body shop. Do I put more money in the 2006 or spend money on a used car? I picked the white color; was not really crazy about color but miles were low and car I chose off the internet was already being taken out for a "test drive". Bait and switch, maybe. Who knows? Shopping for a car is a game and everyone wants to win. My sales consultant was Sam Cambridge and she is a low key, polite woman. She is not a typical car salesperson more laid back. I would recommend her if you're looking for a used Lexus. You will be taken care of. More

Deceptive business practices, lies, bait & switch tactics I've dealt with this dealership 3x now. But 3 strikes you're out! Never again. So much for the Lexus Loyalty Return Customer. It's worth your time, effort and money to go elsewhere. I will never recommend this dealer to friends or family, in fact, I just informed an atty friend who was looking at cars there for his daughter to not do it! He won't now as a result, and thanked me for giving him the 411. You shouldn't be told one thing at one desk and then just the opposite occurs at another. It's like the twilight zone. Check your paperwork very carefully people. A charge was tacked on that I didn't agree to, had to go back for it to get taken off, yet the price doesn't change?! And when you have to get an atty involved to obtain the window sticker, because they won't freely produce it, well that should speak volumes. Thug con artist outfit there. Regrettably taken, disappointed and dissatisfied. F+ More

I wanted to speak about negotiating the price and the salesman refused. I asked to speak with a sales manager and he told me they were too busy to speak with me. I pressed and asked to speak with another salesperson and he stated that they would just tell me the same things he did. He said "I was ridiculous for asking to speak with a sales manager without coming into their dealership. If I was serious about negotiating I had to drive there and do it in person." I have purchased vehicles online before and I know that isn't true. Much less not letting me speak with anyone else in order to possibly discuss my purchase. After I requested once again to speak with anyone else, he told me everyone else was busy and I had to deal with him. I told thanks but no thanks and he hung up the phone. Funny that I am looking to spend $40k of my hard earned money and this is how I am treated...I can't imagine if I would have made the trip through DC traffic to get there and be treated the same way. I will NEVER spend a dime in that dealership. Thanks to Todd or Tedd or whatever his name was. He wouldn't repeat his name half way through the conversation. More

Deceptive Business Practices I was buying a new vehicle that was difficult to find. Since this dealership was one of the few that had it available, I agreed to do a transaction fr I was buying a new vehicle that was difficult to find. Since this dealership was one of the few that had it available, I agreed to do a transaction from out of state. After agreeing on a price and spending 2 days communicating on the deal, all contact was cut off. This dealership would not respond to my calls, emails, or texts. Finally, the following day an email was sent late in the evening that they had "forgotten" the car was sold to someone else previously. This entire deal was deceptive from the start. The sales manager could care less when I complained and actually hung up on me. This was not my first Lexus purchase and am shocked by the way this dealership does business. There are much better dealers out there. Avoid this one. More
Walked into the Dealership not knowing what the Lexus line up had to offer. I was greeted by Mr. Donte' Smith. Donte was very friendly, personable, attentive and most importantly not pushy. Great experience... I LOVE MY CAR More
