wait time for service I had an appointment at 3:30- supposed to get oil change, tire rotation and car wash. I got there early (3:200) they took my vehicle then. At 4:45pm I went down to the service person and was told she was taking my jeep for a washy (her words). At that time I paid for my services and was told she would bring me my keys when they were done. I saw them park my jeep around 5:05 and waited 10 minutes and then I went back down to the service area she said I have your keys. I don't understand why it took an hour and 45 minutes when I had a scheduled appointment. More

$200.00 for an antifreeze flush and change? $200 for an antifreeze flush and replacement? Way, way too expensive. $60.00 for the antifreeze. Almost twice as expensive as it should be. $100 for l $200 for an antifreeze flush and replacement? Way, way too expensive. $60.00 for the antifreeze. Almost twice as expensive as it should be. $100 for labor? Really? How many hours does it take to pull a drain plug, fill up the radiator with flush fluid, run the engine, drain and refill with antifreeze? $150.00 would have been plenty for a flush and replacement. Also, the 2014 Caravan had only $12,000 miles on it. Not sure it needed the flush. Just the antifreeze change might have been enough. More

Horrible I took my 2003 wrangler to them because I was having a transmission issue. I was told by them that nothing was wrong with my Jeep and that when they d I took my 2003 wrangler to them because I was having a transmission issue. I was told by them that nothing was wrong with my Jeep and that when they drove it they had NO issues. I also found the receptionist to be rude and unwilling to listen to what I was telling her. I told her there has to be something wrong there is no way that nothing is wrong with the Jeep. All you really had to do was drive it and you could feel the hard shift into third gear. I asked her if the technician actually put his foot down on the petal to try and get it to shift hard and Hannah’s (the receptionist) stated to me “ma’am we will not break the law and go over the speed limited”. I could not believe her response. I went to pick it up and bring it home and on the drive home and pulling out on to rt. 140 it immediately started to have issues with the transmission. I found it very hard to believe what they had told me was true. I took the Jeep to Old Town motors in Sykesville and it turns out it was the TCM. I will never buy or take any of my cars to be services by this dealer again!!! More
Great Customer Service I have a 2016 Dodge Ram diesel. The NOX sensor needed to be replace at 60,000 miles which I felt was far too soon to have this kind of an issue that I have a 2016 Dodge Ram diesel. The NOX sensor needed to be replace at 60,000 miles which I felt was far too soon to have this kind of an issue that was not covered under warranty. Not only did Jennifer give me a discount on the service, she also gave me a free loaner vehicle for the week because when I have to have the truck service I was going on vacation. Great customer service. This is the 3rd vehicle that I purchased from Len Stoler Chrysler Dodge Jeep and will not hesitate to purchase a 4th when I'm ready. Thanks Jennifer! More

During the time your vehicle was here, we had our detail dept. clay bar the paint surfaces on your vehicle two time Here is the response I received. During the time your vehicle was here, we had our detail dept. clay bar the paint surfaces on your vehicle two times in an attempt to remove the "rail yard dust" that was on the sides of the vehicle. Some of the particles we could not reach to remove because they were obstructed. I am sorry we were unable to meet your expectations. The costs to provide you with the courtesy transportation, as well as the cost to clay bar your vehicle was done as a courtesy. The condition was not a warrantable paint defect, and was not covered by the FCA Vehicle Limited Warranty. The Ram was delivered to you on 10/27/18 and was received from you for repairs on 4/4/19 with 11420 miles on it. More
