I was disappointed In the past I have always been happy with my service visits but not so much this time. No one called this time to say the car service was complete. I In the past I have always been happy with my service visits but not so much this time. No one called this time to say the car service was complete. I had to call at 5:00 PM to find out if it was complete.. I did not receive the normal review of the general condition of the car (brake condition, fluids condition , tire condition, etc) nor the sticker on my windshield showing the mileage when the next service would be due. Also I had a problem with losing the heat shield under the car above the muffler. When the rep called me to tell me the cost to replace I questioned the need for the shield and whether it was really needed. The rep said it protected the fuel tank but when I looked before bringing in it looked to me like it only protected the well where the spare tire & jack sit. The rep said he'd check and call me back but he never did. When I was picking up the car I tried to ask about the issue again and only got got a comment that its recommended by the manufacturer which was just a blow off. as far as I was concerned. The price I was given for what amounted to a little piece of thin corrugated aluminium was unbelievable. So overall I wasn't particularly happy with the results.. More
