Drove in - towed out Worst dealership experience I've ever had, period. I drove my truck in to have the hydraulic clutch system replaced because the one I installed was d Worst dealership experience I've ever had, period. I drove my truck in to have the hydraulic clutch system replaced because the one I installed was difficult to bleed. I had just replaced the clutch myself, from flywheel to throw-out bearing, and all in between. First, they told me my pressure plate was bad, then, when I told them it was new, I was told my clutch fork must be worn. I had to inform them that I didn't bring the truck in because it wasn't functioning, but as a preemptive measure. It drove fine, but the hydraulic system needed bled a little as the clutch engaged a little too soon for my liking. They replaced the hydraulic system, but now the clutch doesn't disengage at all. They claim they will need to remove the transmission and inspect the clutch to figure out what is wrong. I physically drove the vehicle into the dealer and had to pay a tow company to tow it back to my house. It was not drivable. The dealer actually made it worse, to the point that it can not be driven. They offered to do nothing other than to charge more money to tear into the transmission. Matt, the mechanic, and JD McDaniels, the service manager, are both useless in my book. I will never spend another penny at Len Stoler. I bought a Jeep here about a year ago. It will never visit Len Stoler Dodge/Jeep. More

transmission repair I took my van into Len Stoler on a 12/13/19 when my vehicle would not shift on my way to work. I did not get my vehicle back until January 8, 2020. I took my van into Len Stoler on a 12/13/19 when my vehicle would not shift on my way to work. I did not get my vehicle back until January 8, 2020. I understand it was a spur of the moment repair, and the holidays coming. After calling the the following week of taking it in I was told that a part needed to be ordered and the transmission may or not need to be replaced. I was also told that the transmission mechanic would be on vacation for two weeks over the holidays. I did not hear from them again until I called on 1/6/20 to ask about the car and I stated that I really needed my vehicle. I was called on 1/9/20 telling me it was completed. Note: I was offered a rental vehicle at their daily rate. I would have been convenient but there was no way I could afford it. I have a hard time believing there is only one person who works on transmissions, and since mine was covered under warranty it was set aside. Of course I could be wrong. Hopefully, the next time I need warranty service (I have the lifetime coverage) the vehicle will be repaired in a more timely manner. Note: Jennifer was an excellent service rep. I do not blame her for any of this. She was just the unfortunate person who had to relay information to me. More
