Driver side front blinker light not functioning. Called for an appointment to have problem fixed and get info why a Durango with extreme low mileage couple years old would have light problems. The back tailgate light surround had to be replaced several months ago. A very high dollar item, but lucky to have warranty coverage. Although, I was told Service was very busy they were able to fit me in on a Saturday 6 days after I called. Service Rep very nice to work with as always. Vehicle arrived early checked in and was done in couple of hours. I was told it would have to be there all day. Thankful it was a simple light bulb replace, no reason why it went out. And, it was a cheap fix. Again, thankful. Or, it may have not left the Dealership. I like my Durango very much so far, but questioning why the light problems. This was not a cheap vehicle to purchase. I have had vehicles for years without any light issues, ever. My 2002 Jeep Cherokee required only the license plate light to be replaced. My Ford trucks never a light bulb replacement ever. Wondering? More
chaotic Had appointment to have 4 new tires put on my jeep. Left my vehicle early as I had already arranged with Jennifer. When I called to confirm that my vehicle would be done by 10 as previously arranged I was told that my tires had not yet made it to the dealership. I was unable to be without my vehicle for the rest of the day so I picked up my vehicle and made arrangements for the tires to be installed on Tuesday the 13th. Travis picked up my vehicle at my workplace and I was told that I would have my vehicle by 1:00. After 1:00 I was told by Jennifer that the wrong size tires had been sent and no one had checked this before my car was picked up. The new tires would not be at your dealership until noon the next day and that was the best they could do. My car was brought back to my workplace and I made arrangements to have my car picked up on Wednesday To have tires installed. Finally my tires were installed. What an exasperating experience! Jennifer was apologetic and did not charge for alignment and had my car cleaned up. I bring my vehicle to you for all of my service work. This was the worst of my experiences. i am not sure who is responsible for making sure everything is in place for service work appointments but someone dropped the ball on this one. Jennifer is always pleasant and respectful. Previous experiences have been good so that is why I was disappointed this time. More
Drop off issues The service is fine, but I have some issues with drop off. I arrived at 7:45am Saturday and was in line behind two vehicles. A lady came up and parked and walked in at 8:00 and she was served by the tech taking info. Another woman parked behind me and did the same thing. Meanwhile I am sitting and waiting, like almost every other dealership service, for the vehicles to be pulled in and the tech to write them up in order. Turns out the two vehicles in front of the bay were drop offs. So, I was now behind these customers when I arrived 10 minutes before both. I did have a conversation about this when I entered. They both also were finished and out the door before me as well. I was just in for an oil change and rotation. Drop offs should not be left in front of the bay and customers should not walk in and get tickets before the bay line is clear. That is not how dealership service works anywhere else I have been. I get there early for a reason. More

Super service Dropped my truck off for routine maintenance and a refueling problem. They called me to tell me they had to replace the fuel tank and asked if they c Dropped my truck off for routine maintenance and a refueling problem. They called me to tell me they had to replace the fuel tank and asked if they could keep it for another day. I appreciate that they “asked” me, even though there really wasn’t another option. Great interpersonal skills not usually found in repair shops. My truck was ready, as promised, the following day. They answered my question about why they needed to replace my fuel tank at only 4200 miles. And even offered to have someone help find the truck in their extensive parking lot. A very professional operation. And, by the way, all services were completed to my satisfaction. More
