They are getting worse. went in for an oil change after needing two weeks to get an appointment for this 15 minute job. Also asked that they replace the wipers. Paid 50% more went in for an oil change after needing two weeks to get an appointment for this 15 minute job. Also asked that they replace the wipers. Paid 50% more for the oil change than the last time at Jiffy Lube (went there because I couldn't get an appointment in one week). They didn't change the wipers (took the car somewhere else the next business day) and the inspection report didn't even show the wipers as needing replacement when about three inches of blade was pulled off. This was reported as okay, so it was obviously not checked. What else wasn't checked. More

This is not acceptable to me. When there is an issue with a brand new vehicle I expect the issue to be properly diagnosed. The vehicle I purchased is quiet expensive and I would expect better service. More

Over priced parts I took my car in several months ago to have the rear seatbelt looked at. It was a Saturday and I was advised the guy who could fix it was not working. I took it this last time and was quoted over $400 to fix a mechanism in the seatbelt. The car is ~5 years old. we were told the car was too old and sincecwe are the 3nd owners dodge would not help with cost. More
