Hannah was great! Hannah made my stressful experience a bit less stressful and did everything to keep the experience positive. Hannah said that she did not want me paying that much and insisted that I would only be covering 3 of the 12 days. That was a huge deal to me because I was paying a good chunk on the bill already.
