Service Department is horrible. They don’t communicate with the customer. I brought my 2021 Jeep in to have a part replaced at 7:30am. Was advised by Malcolm it would take a couple They don’t communicate with the customer. I brought my 2021 Jeep in to have a part replaced at 7:30am. Was advised by Malcolm it would take a couple hours but it will be fixed today. So I left the vehicle and was told they would keep me updated. I explained that’s my only means of transportation and I needed it back today. I even asked for a loaner vehicle and was advised they don’t have any available. He promised it would be done. Hours have passed and no phone call, text, or note sent by a pigeon. I called at 2pm and once again Malcolm said it will be complete by 6pm and he would call me to keep me updated. Now it’s 5:50pm and again no call. I called and was advised Malcolm left at 5pm and the only other advisor was on the phone but they would leave a note for her to call me. Again no call back. My advise to everyone is take your vehicle to another Jeep dealer. Don’t deal with Len Stoler Jeep service department. They don’t care! More
