I worked with the sales man, Chase he was quite professional within 24 hours of inquiring about a vehicle I was interested in he was emailed me and contacted me about my interest in the vehicle. From start to finish, their approach was no-nonsense and customer-focused. They gave us top dollar for our trade-in and provided a fair and transparent deal on the new truck. There were no attempts to push unnecessary add-ons, which was a refreshing change from many other dealerships. After the sale, I noticed some issues with the final detailing, but they went above and beyond to make it right. They happily took the truck back and redid the detailing to my satisfaction, even offering a complimentary detailing service on my next visit for the inconvenience.
