We bought a used Honda Civic. The salesman was very easy going, and we didn't feel pressured to buy in any way. After the sale our car did have a few problems appear but we feel like they were items not easy to catch with an inspection. The headlight switch was touchy and wouldn't always stay on and the air/defrost/vent controls would not always switch to a different mode. The dealer did repair the issues and the general manager made it clear that he wanted us to be happy after the sale. They even provided a loaner car as we had to wait for parts to arrive. Overall I would recommend this dealer and will likely return for our next vehicle purchase. This was our second purchase from them, the first vehicle was flawless and is really lasting a long time. (It was a used purchase as well). More
