I sent in a request for a quote on a 2020 Silverado that I saw on the internet. In my request I specifically requested not to be contacted until after 1:00pm the next day as I would be tied up until that point. At 8:15am the next the internet sales manager called me. I stated that I had requested not to be contacted until 1pm. She responded "Oh now I see that." Now why wouldn't you read the comments before contacting someone? She then sent me an email that quoted the truck for $1,000 less than the internet price. When I went in later that day and took the truck for a test drive, I asked them to cook up some numbers. They came back with a starting price of $1000 more than the price the sales manager had sent me. I asked why the price went up and they said "Oh, that's the Costco price." I stated that there was nothing in the original email about that being contingent on being a Costco member, and they refused to honor the price that the sales manager quoted me. I should have known better than to come to this dealership, I've rarely heard good things and even the sales person I worked with was complaining about how cutthroat the sales culture was around there. Take your business elsewhere, you'll be happy you did. More

Sold the truck right from under me. I was buying a Colorado off the internet because I was a out of state buyer. The internet manager gave me a fair price, Christos. He was working with I was buying a Colorado off the internet because I was a out of state buyer. The internet manager gave me a fair price, Christos. He was working with the store manager Ray, then they raise the price. But I was able to get a first Responders rebate with a authorization number, so they agreed to the original purchase price. The day before I was going to pickup the truck the internet manager got all of my information so they could start the paperwork and have the truck ready for me. So my wife and I started on our drive of 140 miles to the dealership, about a hour into our journey Christos text me and writes ( Hold off on leaving. A customer just walked in and is buying the truck). I called the store manager Ray and he simply said we don’t hold vehicles for anyone. I said you know we made arrangements to transfer the money and are bring cash and we are in route. They could care less, probably getting a little more money from the other guy. So to bring this to a conclusion don’t trust these people. I went to Ourisman Chevrolet, a short distance away and got a much better deal with honest people and great service. My word is my bond, but not the people that work here. (DISHONESTY) More

I didn’t pick up the car for 3 days, so they had plenty of time to detail it. When I picked up the car, 3 days after purchasing the interior of the car and windshield were dirty, I could see where they had taken a few wipes at it. The windshield was so smeared it was hard to see out. The low tire pressure light came on before I got home and when I checked the tires they all had less then 30 when the tires call for 35. The low exhaust fluid warning sign came on before my first fill up. When I texted the salesman about these issues and another he chose to ignore my text and made himself unavailable when I stopped by the dealership. Price was fair, but I will be taking my car to another Chevy dealership for service. I understand they just changed locations and could contribute to some of the above mentioned issues, but there is no excuse for not acknowledging or attempting to correct the issues after I pointed them out. Most disappointing purchase experience I’ve ever had. Glad I know it’s a dealership thing and not Chevrolet/GM normal working policy. I’ve owned Chevy’s for 30yrs. More

We went for a test drive in a new Traverse and I loved it. I told him I’d be back Saturday with my husband. One thing I did not like was that Ray and Linda, both managers hovered the entire time I was there and made me feel very uncomfortable. I warned my husband prior to arriving to be prepared to feel pressured. That was an understatement. Not only were the like vultures again but Erik wasn’t there so they told Brady (I think ?) to start all over with us and create a new thing. That rubbed us both the wrong way. Then Brady basically refused to show us the 2019 traverse I had looked at on Friday, instead he insisted we look at a 2016 used Traverse they could get certified (at an additional cost to us). Upon him pulling the car up right away I noticed the back of the rear seats were rather worn and the other seats had stains on them. When we started the car the AC smelled like pee. I was assured they could remove the stench from the vehicle if we bought it. We drove the car and the whole time pointed out everything we DIDNT like. When we parked the salesman Brady said “so if the numbers work out is this the car for you?” My response was just short of laughing hysterically but I responded NO. I felt completely Not listened to and not respected. He then pushed for us to do a credit app any way and then maybe he’d show us the new Traverse. We left extremely unhappy and went and bought a brand new Honda Pilot. They have lost our business for good. IF you do go to their new show room, I highly suggest talking to Erik he was very kind and I’m sorry for him that the other lost him a sale. More

Purchase of my New Spark I have purchased many vehicles from this location and this was by far the most confusing. Connor was pretty much spot on. I called to ask about the Ka I have purchased many vehicles from this location and this was by far the most confusing. Connor was pretty much spot on. I called to ask about the Kalamahta colored Spark . By the time I got there he was out getting it gassed up for a test drive. A+ for him. When I walked in the door the other salesman said " He isn't here ." I explained I just talked to him . By then Connor was pulling in with the car. Being a former salesperson that sent up a red flag on the other salesman. Connor and I went for a test drive while they looked over my trade. On return Marty [I assume sales manager] was ambiguous about the deal. Told him I was heading home and to crunch the numbers with my husband. Left him his number and waited to hear back. After awhile I called and Marty would only crunch the numbers if I came back out. I told Connor that was xx. I don't play that game . After several more calls went out to purchase the car. WITH the correct numbers. I can only hope it was Marty playing an old salesman game and not because I was female. If I didn't like the car I would have gone somewhere else. On another note the delivery was less than acceptable . The delivery for a Spark should be the same as a Corvette and I have purchased both from this location. More
We have had an ongoing brake rotor problem with our Buick Lucerne(2010) while under warranty. They resurfaced the rotors under warranty for me . On the next service call my wife took the car in for the exact Lucerne(2010) while under warranty. They resurfaced the rotors under warranty for me . Brake rotors are not excluded under the warranty, and women should be treated the same as men at an auto dealership. More
