My car needed a fair amount of work and I made the necessary appointment to drop off the car. When I arrived all paperwork was completed and my rental car was waiting outside to warm up. THAT IS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Once the car was completed, I was welcomed with the same sincerity and honesty. The repairs where completely finish to my standards, all paperwork completed, and the car was cleaned inside and out. As a very busy working professional I cannot afford time away from work. In June 2011 we went into Len Lyall with a rental car on which I had broken one of the license plate lights. The parts representative was knowledgeable, understanding, and helpful.
