Lucas and Rigo were fantastic. They took care of me and kept me informed. I had to give a 4 rating because the electrician never showed to go over my vehicle therefore I still have They took care of me and kept me informed. If I schedule an appointment for a specific service, it would be awesome if the issue is resolved. As of this moment, I don’t know how to get a resolution. More

Well I was way over charged for a repair to the tune of $6750.00. Started out with a $1400.00 estimate then I was told it would be $600.00 more because the mechanic had broken off one of the manifold bolt $6750.00. Started out with a $1400.00 estimate then I was told it would be $600.00 more because the mechanic had broken off one of the manifold bolts in the head and it would need to be extracted. Then I was told it could not be extracted with out removing the head now it was going to be an additional $4700.00. Well at this point what else could it do but sit here and take the beating. By the way the final estimate was $6250.00 but when I went to pay who knows where the extra $500.00 came from which made it $6750.00. I talked to the general manager who's name was Dan he said he would get the $6250.00 down for me at least $1000.00 but that was before the mysterious $500.00 extra came into play. So he said how does $700.00 off sound? What was I going to say but sure that would help and he did cut the credit card fee in half for me which they charge 2% of the bill. Dan did give me a old shop car to use and said it is hailed on and was not much but I was very grateful to him because I was with out my car for two weeks. I have taken my cars over the years because they did good work but highway robbery is wrong!! I am sorry to say but I will not be recommending them to anyone. By the way my service advisor (Jesus) was a nice guy but definitely didn't go out of his way to try and help me. In fact told me I should be grateful that they took something off of the invoice. Yes I was, but did they really because they jacked up the estimate on the final bill by $500.00. I never met the service manager or I would list his name as well. You think he would have been the one working directly with me at this point. I do have to say Dan Johnson is a nice man I would give him a 5 star but gave him 3 stars below for effort, he could have helped me more with as to a explanation of why my final bill was $500.00 higher than the written estimate was. They also charged me an additional $200.00 just in case they needed parts that were missed but that was part of the $6250.00 estimate. So with the $200.00 there and the additional $500.00 comes up to what Dan took off my final bill $700.00. See what I mean it was inflated to cover the amount he took off. There is more to the story I left out but it isn't good so I will stop here. More
