Overall I receive great service on my vehicle, however I have yet to receive the same type of customer service. I dropped my vehicle off for service Tuesday afternoon, I was told I could pick it up the next have yet to receive the same type of customer service. Here’s my issue, this was Memorial Day weekend and I took Friday off as I had plans to leave at 4am for a fishing trip using my truck.. This delay caused a huge problem for me, resulting with a very disappointed customer. This is not the only customer service related issue having my vehicle serviced. More
