I went to Len Lyall to get a fob and key programmed for my 2013 Suburban. I had to reschedule the appointment three times and the service reps were very helpful. The only "issue" was very minuit. I received an inaccurate and inflated evaluation and quote. I was told that my ac needed a low pressure hose and a recharge, and quoted $1900 for the service. I declined and took the car to another repa quote. I was told that my ac needed a low pressure hose and a recharge, and quoted $1900 for the service. I declined and took the car to another repair shop where they found nothing wrong with the low pressure hose. They informed me that I only needed a recharge, $300. I switched to Len Lyall from John Elway because it’s closer to my home. I have been a loyal customer over 5 years. I am beyond disappointed, and angry to be preyed upon. More
