I had been looking for a good car (and a good deal) since an accident a few months ago had totaled my last vehicle. It was tough going on my own. These guys are scam artists. In June 2011 we went into Len Lyall with a rental car on which I had broken one of the license plate lights. The parts representative was knowledgeable, understanding, and helpful. Had to sign 3 contracts a month after having my car. dealer said bank didn't accept my credit 1 month after a brought my car home. eddie called and told me i had to increase my monthly pmt. i told him n dealer said bank didn't accept my credit 1 month after a brought my car home. eddie called and told me i had to increase my monthly pmt. i told him no, that is not the contract i signed. He said he would come pick up the car the next day. I said that was fine. He then called me the next day and said i could keep the car if he adds a year on the loan. I told him I would keep the car if he honored the first contract I and himself signed. He then again said somebody would pick my car up the next day. The following day he called and said that finally the bank accepted my contract and to keep my car. What kind of dealership does that 1 month later??? More
