I have received exception service with my vehicle here. I bought my truck brand new and now have over 90,000 Miles on it, all services have been completed by Len Lyall. The only reason that I am not giving 5 stars is due to the "credit card fee" There is no reason this is needed, this is simply a cost of doing business and is a slap in the face when you come to pay and leaves a sour taste in my mouth. On 11 June I inquired about a truck via the website. About an hour later I received a call from Marselo Gutierrez. He explained to me the current market and that most trucks are sold before they even hit the lot. I mentioned my trade and that I may or may not be by to get my trade appraised that afternoon. Ended up going by to see the lot myself Saturday afternoon. Saw some salesmen sitting outside and talked to Marselo and the Finance Manager, Robert. Got my trade appraised and spitballed some numbers. Since the truck I wanted wasn’t there I went to a 5 other Chevy dealerships and got more appraisals. I ended up calling Marselo and Robert back at Len Lyall Early Monday morning to confirm I’d like to purchase the Silverado. From the Parking lot conversation the Saturday prior, I knew I wouldn’t be given the run around. I showed up in the early afternoon after picking up the check and was greeted by Marselo who’d already teamed up with Robert to have my packet squared away to finalize the deal. I’ve bought more than a handful of new vehicles in recent years. This was the most efficient, inviting, comfortable and open experience to date. I would not ever hesitate to recommend Marselo, Robert and the rest of the team at Len Lyall Chevrolet. They set the bar high for all future vehicle purchases in my lifetime. More

At Len Lyall Chevrolet I found the experience of trading in a Chevy Colorado pickup and buying a previously owned ZR2 to be an overall pleasant experience. I was apprehensive at first as to the whole proces in a Chevy Colorado pickup and buying a previously owned ZR2 to be an overall pleasant experience. I was apprehensive at first as to the whole process but it was taken care of in a very professional, knowledgeable and caring way by Rodney Paxton. The whole team pitched in to switch out my pickup topper and get all my financing and other paperwork done with no hassles and a positive non pushy attitude. Great place! More
