Purchased an SUV in February of this year. Was deceptively sold the vehicle, as my salesman Shale admitted he was ignorant with regard to the condition of the vehicle and its status as a buybac Was deceptively sold the vehicle, as my salesman Shale admitted he was ignorant with regard to the condition of the vehicle and its status as a buyback vehicle. The vehicle completely broke down by March after my family spent $90K at this establishment. Troy and Rich in service were very rude and aggressive in their treatment of me, as documented on TikTok, calling me a liar about the car having issues and refusing service to us with no legitimate basis. They are now only offering to fix a car that has been deemed unfixable or trading the vehicle in at market value while acknowledging they sold us a lemon...a family with 4 young children. This facility is engaging in predatory lending practices and has been very unwilling to fix what they know was deceptive in the first place. Please do not waste your hard-earned time or money here. More

I really like this dealership, I bought my first car from them back in 2019 and my husband's truck back in 2021. I just recently had to get a new car. I picked a 2022 Blazer, and the buying process was prett them back in 2019 and my husband's truck back in 2021. I just recently had to get a new car. I picked a 2022 Blazer, and the buying process was pretty easy. But as soon as I drove my car off the lot, a check engine light came on. They had just filled my car up with gas and I thought the gas cap just wasn't put back on all the way. turns out the gas neck was broken which whom ever filled up the car could not have missed, additionally the lift gate wasn't working correctly and now I have to return to have body work done. Body work that I did not see because it was on top of the lift gate in my car and I was too short to see, but the damages were in the pictures the dealership posted and missed. So out of the 30 days I've had my car I've had to return to Chevy city 4 times to have the Carbon dioxide sensor, fuel neck, and lift gate fixed. and now have to carve out more time next week to visit the body shop. Thankfully, AL is then service department is an angel and it's great about taking care of everything. You'd just think with a 40K car the inspection would have been more thorough. I love my car, but I'm very disappointed in my experience with the inspection, and the fact I have had to return so many times with issues. More
Bought a used car here on Labor Day. Took the car on a predetermined test drive route directed by our salesman. . Everything seemed to be in good working condition so we bought the car along with a warranty that the finance manager said was REQUIRED before the bank would approve the loan. It’s was fairly cool temps so we didn’t run the AC on the way home only during the 10 min test drive. The next day was very warm so we used the AC and approximately 20 mins into the drive, the AC quit working. I called the dealership and scheduled a service appointment. They said the AC compressor was bad and replaced it. The next day the AC starting doing the exact same thing it was doing prior to changing the compressor. They diagnosed it AGAIN and said the expansion valve was actually the problem and they would need over $2000 to repair and warranty would not cover. The part is fairly cheap but they don’t want to eat the labor costs. I’ve reached out my phone and email and no one will return my calls. This is the service you receive when you buy a car from these people. Honesty and integrity are not found at this dealership , I’d continue looking somewhere else before buying ANYTHING at Lemans Chevy. More
We had a seamless experience - the pricing was fair, they had vehicles we were interested in, and everyone was pleasant and kind, even when we had our small kids with us. He was responsive, helpful, and didn't pressure us. He has small kids just like us, so really understood our perspective and was patient with them. He also spoke to me directly and helped me make my own decisions, even though my husband was along for the ride. We looked at a car that didn't work for us three months prior to our purchase, and he made low-pressure suggestions about what might work better. We were thrilled when Leman's had the exact make and model we finally decided on, and were so happy to purchase it with Rob's help. If you're looking for a family vehicle (or if you're a woman purchasing a car), ask for Rob! More

This time we were looking for a truck and he was able to have trucks from other Leman lots to test drive before we even arrived. We gave us honest feedback and answered all of our questions. We had 2 of our younger children with us and he made us all feel at home, even with the kids being a bit difficult at times. I really appreciate Tom and that is why we continue to go back to him over and over. Adam was the Finance rep and he was great too. He has helped us with other purchases as well. He is very friendly, personable, and does not pressure you into anything you are not comfortable with. Thanks Leman team! More
