I am the owner and worked at dealer 4 ten years and brand new cars and trucks would come in on transports and need major work ! Don't stand behind the cars they sell or their word! Purchased a 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee limited from Leman Automotive in Eureka Il, told it was a good car that it has been gone through their shop, well Purchased a 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee limited from Leman Automotive in Eureka Il, told it was a good car that it has been gone through their shop, well almost $2000.00 in a week and a half of owning it, for repairs and parts ( set of tires,brakes all 4 wheels, right front axel shaft, rear upper a-arm and ball joint,all 4 shocks, circuit boatd for tail lights to make brake lights work with the tail lights, front hood struts, rear hatch struts, etc)to make it safe and road worthy, had called Jack the owner and asked could he help me out with the jeep, told him what was wrong with it etc, he told me to go ahead and get the parts that he would take care of the labor on it since I only had it a week, and wanted me happy,( was heard by others etc) so I got the parts, (power.steering pump, rear upper a-arm and ball joint, right front axel shaft) took the jeep there, was charged for labor to put axel shaft and rear upper a-arm in it, but he did take of the labor for power steering.was asked if I was trying to make the car new by his wife (Tammera) told her no just wanted it safe and road worthy, after that I had called them about my German GPS Unit that I had left in my trade in, in the glove compartment, (Tammera )called back and said it wasn't in it ( witch it was in the glove compartment because I had out it in there that day, went shopping before going there etc) had called again to see if they would help out of make it right with the labor etc talked to Tammera and her words what you trying to make it new or what then told her no just safe and road worthy she basicly said to bad for me and says she could give a flying f---! less etc! So a word of advice if your looking for a used car or service work don't go here because like Tammera said she don't give a flying f---! Any way More
