I can say with 100% certainty that at no point have I had an ounce of buyers remorse. I walked in late on a Friday night and when I decided to buy a car it was close to closing time. Jim made it out to be no big deal and worked with me two hours past closing w/ no complaint. As a young female (sans my husband at time of purchase) I had concerns that I wouldn't be taken seriously, or I wouldn't be given a fair shot of negotiation. I can say with confidence that a) it didn't matter b)I negotiated a very fair deal and c) I never felt taken advantage of, and that makes all the difference. Grade A experience. More
