Everyone we encountered was genuinely nice and pleasant to deal with, and really at no point did it feel like the traditional car buying experience. Jim Cochran is the person who actually sold us our 2014 Passat, and we would highly recommend him. He helped us zero in on the specific car we wanted, and then I felt good about the price we agreed to. He also went the extra mile in helping fix a minor cosmetic paint blemish that we discovered while finalizing the purchase, coming in on a day off to make sure the repair was done properly and even bringing in homemade muffins. Also high marks to Said Raouz in the finance department. Again, who likes to go through that process? But Said made it, well, if not fun, then at least tolerable. In short, Leith Volkswagen was a pleasure to deal with and we would be happy to buy from them again. More

As a young woman shopping for a car by myself, I went in very hesitant and had no idea what to expect, but Jim made the process as easy and painless as possible. I never felt like he was trying to sell me something extra that I couldn't afford and he was extremely patient with answering all of my questions. My father, who lives out of state, was my co-signer, which of course added more paperwork to the equation, but the whole process was a piece of cake! Jim was willing and available to correspond with my dad via phone or email and he made the whole process as seamless as possible. Unlike most of the salesman, he will not give you any pressure on your purchsing process. He respects your intention, opinions and your timeline of your auto purchase plan.
