Excellent and attentive service with good follow through. Ken Hall provided us with great service. He knows the VW vehicles but also knows a lot about comparable vehicles. Owed me nothing and gave me everything Honesty, Integrity, and Outstanding is how I would describe this service department. During recent vehicle rental I had a Passat and a low tire press Honesty, Integrity, and Outstanding is how I would describe this service department. During recent vehicle rental I had a Passat and a low tire pressure light ended up staring me in the face. I happened to be close so I stopped into this service department. They did not simply set the pressure and send me on my way they checked all the tires over for debris and gave me peace of mine before they sent me on down the road. The Service Manager introduced himself and small talk was welcome as it made the short time I was there very personal. My hats off to all the staff, top notch! More

I consider myself quite educated when it comes to cars but Jason taught me some things about performance and handling. We drove the New GTI and it blew me away. He explained the car and every detail of design as well as performance and handling. What a refreshing experience he made car buying. He listened to my needs and tried to accommodate any of my requests and work with me to get what I wanted, which he was able to do. The experience was very laid back with no high pressure or gamesmanship, just a desire to get me the car and deal that I was looking for. Techs over compensate for their lack of knowledge I need a TCM for my Jetta. Have had it in your shop 4 times and even asked for the TCM to be replaced on the first visit. Your guys do not want to do I need a TCM for my Jetta. Have had it in your shop 4 times and even asked for the TCM to be replaced on the first visit. Your guys do not want to do it and after their 4th guess as to what the problem is, I am still having the same problems. On top of that, I was told by your service department that they cannot help me with this issue!!!! I have gotten several others professional opinions on my car, even some from specialists in out of state, and they have ALL said my TCM is bad and it is a common problem. Now I do not trust your service department and need a new TCM to have it installed by someone I trust. I do not know any where to take my VW as I thought that the VW Professionals could figure out their own car but you guys have failed miserably and now all I want is the part! and my money back would help too since I have had to pay for 'best guess' after best guess and your guess have all been wrong and NO ONE IN YOUR SERVICE DEPARTMENT EVEN CHECKED THE INITIAL TCM PROBLEM THAT I ASKED FOR!!. So am I getting the run around because I'm a girl or is it because your idiots think they know more than anyone else, cause obviously they don't! Could it be all the ego problems with your mechanics and service guys trying to over compensate for their lack of knowledge about their vehicles!!!!!!!!!!!! More
